Services provided
FOOTBALL PHOTOGRAPHY LTD provides professional photography services covering football matches, tournaments, teams, players, football events and selected private events, in return for an agreed photography fee.
Quotations and bookings
Each enquiry is reviewed individually and a quotation is issued based on the date, location, duration and scope of photography required. A booking is confirmed only once the scope, availability and price have been agreed by both parties.
Fees and payment
Photography fees are payable as set out in the agreed quotation. No goods are sold online and no funds are held on behalf of clubs, players or third parties.
Delivery and image use
Edited photographs are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in the quotation. Copyright remains with FOOTBALL PHOTOGRAPHY LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing; clients receive a licence to use the images for the purposes agreed.
Cancellation and conditions
Where a fixture or event is postponed or cancelled, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the assignment. Access, safety and accreditation arrangements at the venue are the responsibility of the commissioning client.
